Updated firmware latest endpoint to accept version and/or model name

Message
Necessary to workaround failures with the TRMNL API Firmware Latest endpoint which only answers the current firmware version for OG models only. This builds upon that endpoint by checking for the latest version and, if no version is supplied, obtain the details and then format the asset URI to use the correct information. Definitely not ideal but is what we have to work with at the moment.
Reek was updated to ignore control coupling between the existing version and given version since we need to fallback to the existing version only if a custom version isn’t supplied.
